75% Independent Host Caregiver

Direct remuneration to the verified host who cares for the pet, prepares meals, administers medicine, and provides loving home hospitality.

15% City Franchise / Territory Partner

Allocated to the local territory franchise partner responsible for conducting physical 6-point home inspections, balcony net audits, and local emergency vet hospital networks.

10% PawBNB Platform Technology Fee

Retained by Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd to maintain cloud infrastructure, PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway security, escrow PIN holding, 24/7 customer support, and ₹50,000 emergency medical protection backing.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Treatment

All transactions executed on PawBNB for Indian users are subject to the applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) Act, and Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act:

Platform Convenience Fee: Applicable GST at 18% is levied specifically on the platform technology and booking facilitation fees charged by Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd.
Tax Invoices: A digitally signed GST tax invoice containing our GSTIN, breakdown of SGST/CGST/IGST, and booking details is automatically generated and downloadable from your booking dashboard and sent via email upon payment confirmation.
Independent Host Turnover: Unregistered individual neighborhood pet hosts whose aggregate annual turnover is below the statutory threshold (₹20 Lakhs per annum) operate under applicable GST exemption rules. Registered commercial pet hotels and kennels provide their respective GSTINs on their invoices.
